We guarantee plants are healthy and correctly labeled to the best of our knowledge when they leave our nursery, and are shipped in proper packaging to keep stress on the plants to a minimum. Once you receive a plant, it becomes yours. No guarantee, expressed or implied, is made for successful growth. We will not assume responsibility for plants which have died as a result of improper planting or care.

All plants being in a few days transit without light and water, exposed to temperature extremes and handling, will experience stress. After receiving and unpacking your plants, avoid placing them in direct light or wind. To reduce shock or if plants appear wilted, mist leaves several times a day and put a plastic bag over the plant, leaving an opening for fresh air.

Refund Policy:

If you have received a dead or broken plant, please contact us immediately. Any claims may be accepted only within 3 days after delivery. We do not accept any claims after 3 days of order arrival. In some cases we may replace a dead or badly damaged plant only if the damage was caused by improper packaging and only after receiving a picture of the dead plant or returning the plant. Please contact us first before returning orders. Orders must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of product. The customer must pay shipping costs on all returns. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. The plant must be returned in the same condition in which it was received with no evidence of tampering for a refund to be issued. Orders must be returned by a method that offers a tracking number. This is for your security and ours, so that we both know that the product was returned to us and received successfully. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages during transportation. Claims for loss or theft in transit should be made to the carrier.
